Join the club. Each month, you will learn how to grow your blooms to their best advantage on the show bench, for cut flowers or just for fun.
Study the show schedule for the rules and expectations.
Understand the classifications:
- Buy the Dahlia Classification Handbook (2024). Some cultivars are not exhibition varieties, and some have sizing requirements. Email the secretary to get your copy for $8 + postage, or pick up a copy at one of our meetings.
- See the Chrysanthemum Classification List (2023).
